87 TII flywheel removal

Just a quick question, how in the hell do I get the flywheel off for resurfacing? Only thing holding is that massive like 50mm locknut or whatever size it is. Whats the easiest (or factory procedure) way of getting it off?

The "factory procedure" for removing the flywheel nut is detailed in the Factory Service Manual. Check the FAQ.
