From what I hear on this forum there aren't too many major differences. Other than there wasn't any N/a's over in Japan.

Here's what I could think of:

No EGR
No AWS
No sub-zero starting assist system
No pre-cat
Different ACV with no split air solenoid
FPR and PD in opposite locations
Twin-scroll actuator on opposite end of exhaust manifold (S4)
No thermovalve on TB
No air bleed to secondary injectors (S4)

Right hand drive (duh!)
No "shift up" light
Metric gauges
180km/h (112mph) speed limiter
Side indicators instead of front side marker lights
No rear side marker lights
Front marker lights in place of FTP lenses
Headlights pop up when flashed
Different model designations
No non-turbo models
No automatic seatbelts
No seatbelt warning light/buzzer
No factory alarm
Different mirrors

There's probably more.

I didn't know that the lights popped up when flashed. Kinda weird. Aren't the FTP's over there equipped with there own bulb?

They're just 5W front marker lights. The headlights can't shine through them, so instead the headlights pop up when flashed.

It's actually the more common way to do it. Miatas work the same way. The FC's FTP lenses are kind wierd.
