is JB-Weld gasoline proof/safe?
It doesnt say on the package? You arent by chance using it to fill in the holes left from your 6 ports are you? I was thinking that i i could melt some aluminum and pour that in, then grind it smooth wiht the inside of the runner, what do u think?

Nope...actually, I was going to use it to seal off my pulsation dampner. Before everyone tells me not to: I cut the dampner off, and am left with essentially a banjo bolt--with a hole in the end I figured I could plug. I guess I'll just weld it if i can't find a replacement.mm...as for the 6p things, I'm not gonna tear down the engine this go-around.. I think pouring aluminum in would probably work, but you should be REAL careful to make sure it bonds with the housing. You don't want it to come off! I like Blake's idea of using a teflon dowel.
