6ports wiring open!!!
Ok...After I take the air pump 87n/a, I just push the 5th and 6 ports down so they are open and tie some wire around them so they are physically stuck "open"
Anything wrong with this?

I hope you took your cat off too, because it WILL get clogged without an airpump.
The "better" method is to actually remove the 6p sleeves themselves. This requires removing the whole intake system, so you'll need new gaskets.. And while you're in there, may as well port your intake manifold...and remove your acv (since you have no airpump anymore).. You could probably get it all done (minus the porting) in a day, if you had everything you needed ready.

ACV=Air control valve. Like the name suggests, its a valve that controls air. The air it controls is supplied via the airpump. So if you've removed your airpump, the ACV is useless. The ACV is used to open the 6-ports and actuaute the VDI on 89+ FC's. It also is used for EGR(exhaust gas recirculation) I believe, and it also injects fresh air into the intake under deceleration to help with emissions. The ACV is located just above, and between the two 6-port dashpot thingy's. It's held on by 3 10mm bolts, VERY easy to remove. Only problem is that you'll need a blockoff plate to put in its place or you'll have an intake leak. You can order the blockoff plate from Racing beat or Mazdatrix. Or you can make your own out of sheet metal or something. It makes working on the passenger side of your car much easier as you'll have more room. You won't get any HP from removing it or anything, just a less cluttered engine bay.
