J-spec S5 FC3S help

hey whatsup im going to japan next month and im going to help my friend with his FC. the car doesnt build boost and it falls on its face when you try to boost. Ive already checked all intercooler piping and pretty sure its not the maf. some one suggested grounding the ECU. Can someone tell me where to Ground the ECU at?

The ECU is already grounded. I don't know why you would want to ground and already grounded ECU???

Maybe they meant check the grounds for corrosion? But if it's not building pressure at ALL, I would say pull out the factory service manual and start testing all the sensors. Not many to go through and most can be done at the ECU harness.
