When you jump start it, are you clipping directly to the battery or to the old battery cables up front?
You are having to jump it - so is the battery dead?
It sounds like a primary cable has come loose.
Maybe the battery to body ground..

did you have to jump it before you relocated the battery...and J-Rat's question too..also curious did you do a mod under the hood that required you to relocate battery..it does sound like shorting ..do you blow any fuse when it dies..have you checked connections and wiring since battery relocation..you have an safc.. ..did you try to disconnect it and start and put in gear to see if there is a difference..sinker hit back to ya

you have got a short some where (sounds like)..check the wiring ..battery dead..charging system..check the wires going to battery..after all you said you relocated it ..check the connections..check wiring behind the alternator ..check for a short there..wires get hot and brittle there..check ignition connections (coils CAS. so on).and again...if you don't have battery charged..and the engine is just operating off of battery it will run for a bit then die because the battery is not charging..so it points to alternator..start diagnosing by eliminating ..not sayin screw it..that doesn't get you anywhere (but into a honda)
