hm...i guess arch needs a pic of the fmic....well, i cant remember the exact dimensions of mine, i just know its 6" tall because i wanted to keep my front bumper supports. so i specifically looked for a 6" tall intercooler.

thats a **** load of pipes. i dont know **** about Turbo FCs but im guessing the reason why its all curvy is because you kept your a/c and p/s? without the a/c and p/s you'd probably run it straighter right?

pretty much. if i didnt keep a/c or p/s, then it would be a hell of a lot shorter, and pretty much straight. but, once i go electrical fan and koyo alum. radiator, then that huge curve near the fan shroud will be eliminated, and it should be considerably shorter. right now, i am just indulging in the fact that the car runs almost perfectly as far as idling and boosting is concerned. its almost like driving a normal car!! but, the shortening of pipes will be a future application. right now, i am saving money to go to japan, so its kind of on a back-burner until i get back and save more money!!!

put in my wideband o2 sensor, install my piggy back fuel controller, then put in a boost controller w/ boost gauge. probly just keep it at 10psi max. then, get the minor electrical glitch straightened out, and install my full audio system, vacuum the **** out of it, get a nice air freshener, and enjoy it until i go full ems. maybe i will do that when i get back from japan and before i go to school full time till i graduate. you know, gotta have a badass car in college years, its your prime y'know?!

Looks nice, the pipes make the engine look a little messy, but I`m sure with an electric fan it would look better.

Yeah, no doubt, that's some serious piping there when you could've mimicked greddy and snuck in next to the PS pump!

Greddy stages their piping from the turbo to the throttle body, i think it goes through 3 phases.

that thing is also pretty damn close to the positive terminal of the battery is it not? that is not a good thing...

I'd worry mroe about the engine torqing and crushing that pipe. The battery should have the cover on it or have a boot over the positive terminal.

Actually it only goes through 2 phases of sizes. I cant remember exactly what size but when I recently put on my front mount on, the piping from the turbo to the intercooler end tank is one size, and from the other end tank to the throttle body is the other bigger size.

That's a lot of pipes. When I made my "kit" I ran a straight shot to the throttle body side and kept the power steering and AC. Just went right over the top of them... There's only about an inch between the pipe and the belts but there's enough room between them and the hood. I moved the battery to the passanger bin, and the pipes are really close to the oil filler. Maybe someday when I get a camera I'll post some pics. By the way my piping is 2.5

GReddy piping is typically 60mm.
It's slightly smaller than 2.5".
