HP gains for equipment like that can't really be qouted because most every setup is going to be different. low end power on a stock port 6port motor with the TBI will most likely suffer. however, the upper revs will most likely generate a substantial gain in HP and TQ. not many people are running those setups here in the states and even fewer are running them on 6port na's. right now we are working on developing a kit to replace the entire induction and injection system for the 6port na motors. the advantages will be a speed density based efi platform (microtech LT series) combined with the induction TBI's and manifolds you are interested in.

pricing will most likely be in the 1000-1500 range depending on a number of factors including quantity demand, shipping, and most importantly the componants in the kit!

we should have something together by the beginning of july so if you are interested let us know!

That's an unusual set-up for a Aussie car. I've never seen anyone use a 4-barrel TB on a rotary; they almost always use the 2-barrel IDA-style ones.

That's beautiful! Does anyone know if that box came with the setup or is it a custom job?

its totally possible since you are using the stock lower intake you can keep the acv and airpump, you actually dont have to disable any smog parts to do this kind of conversion. all you need are 2 (you could even use one) out put to run the vacuum solenoids for the acv, and it would pass.

Now for all the ppl that bitch about having to use carbs on SC's they could just use a the holley replacement 4bbl TB's. Now that would be really kewl.

Actually, we offer an LIM replacement piece as an option for the 6port 13B and 4port 12A.

Currently in development are manifolds for "other" configurations.

Okay so for the record...can I keep the 5th and 6th ports operating correctly using the stock lower manifold if I go over to a sports injection setup? That is of the utmost importance to me...and will I have to do any strange things to make it work?

Yes. The best way (in our opinion) is to either us the MT's output or an MSD RPM switch to activate one of the many FE6PA setups in existance.

wow, I havent looked back here in a while, the response is surprising. Thanks for all the good words regarding my efi setup.

As far as expected power goes, somewhere between 200-240HP at the flywheel is expected.

The engine is a street ported 6 port, all new S5 parts. The intermediate and rotor housings are TurboII, with the NA end housings... there are many other details, too many to list (like racingbeat hardened gears, S6 corner seal springs...). Other significant performance items include a Haltech E6K, lucas 550cc p&h injectors (4)... racingbeat header back, the 50mm TWM ITB setup... port matched manifolds, and the current setup has the aux port sleeves removed along with the actuators and bushings, internals of the 6PI runners have been ported and semi-polished (600grit or so).

This car also has the racingbeat aluminum flywheel, and is a S4 GXL chassis, which has no PS or AC, simplfiied wiring harnesses (everything unused removed) and a custom computer system for driving gauges on a LCD screen off of the E6K engine data available on the rs232 serial port. (dash removed and new one being made for the LCD, likely from carbon fiber)

email me if you would like any more details, or would like to inquire about purchasing a similar setup. I could piece something together for someone if they have the dough to pay for the parts and time, this setup has not been bolt-on, many things have required modifications and/or fabrication.
