Interior Wiring gremlins(help ASAP)

Hey... i having many problems with the heater blower motor of my S4 Rx7... What it does is the flap for inside and out side air will just constantly go up and down when power is turned on to the key.. The blower motor dont work no matter where the logican is set to.. Now my fuses are good. and ive tired 3 logicans...the logican lights do light up... now the only thing i can think of i i think i have 2 little wires (2 little little black wires that hook to back of the dash)..i dought that is it.. So can one of you tell me to check and what the test results would be for it to be good or bad... or mabee stuff to by pass...Please help me out Any help would be appricated so please help me

if the interior exterior flap is always moving, you either have a bad logicon or a major mis-wire. To fix a non logicon problem you would want to actually download and read the online shop manuals mentioned in the FAQ for FC sticky thread at the top of this section. The body electrical section is very good for trouble shooting this.

are the online shop manuals the same as the FSM ????
