Interior tapping screws, fasteners, connectors, covers...

Haven't seen this posted before... does anybody make sets of screws, fasteners, clips, and fastener covers for the FC? Any many places in my car, it's like Frankenstein. One screw here, two there... a lot are missing... this urks the heck out of me. I'd like them all to match and be the correct size. Don't see anythign in the FSM on sizes of fasteners to replace. Anybody have any ideas? Besides Lowe's and the hardware store... any complete sets sold for the interior of an S4 FC?

Thanks,
Josh

Check the yellow pages for "fastener". Most communities have fastener stores that sell all this stuff. Or, worst case, you can go to the dealer.

My dad bought a box of assorted ss sheat metal screws and they work perfect, they fit everything nice and snug, don't chew the metal up, and are stainless steel so they wont rust.

You can pick bugle and oval head screws at most any hardware store. Painting them to match is the fun part. Most any good specialty fastner company should have them in black.

For door panel and trim clips, check your autobody paint supplier.

Your local Oreilly auto parts store has the books with pictures of all those different panel fasteners if you're looking for a particular style. They can get any of those !help packets you see hanging on the displays at autozone/advance auto parts. There's several other brands besides !help that have those misc panel fasteners.

You can also get the universal kits from:
