Intercooler sizes JDM vs. USA??

Hey all, I have been looking on Ebay for 2 intercoolers, and I notice that the ppl selling "JDM" intercoolers are saying the size is 11x7x2 with 2in inlet and outlet. While all the other ones (assuming these are US intercoolers) are listed as 12x6x3 with 2in inlet and 1.5in outlet. Is there really that much of a difference between JDM and USA 2nd gen intercoolers or are the "JDM" ones from a cosmo or something?

Kouki models have a 2" inlet; Zenki models have a 1.75" inlet. These apply to both the US-Spec and J-Spec parts.

The only difference in the J-Spec IC's is the bypass fittings in the passenger side rear corner. US-Spec IC's all comes with 2 fittings. J-Spec come with 2, 1, or no fittings.

Short answer is that there are no gains from using a Japanese intercooler, despite what some dodgy seller might infer.

Yeah, it makes me cringe to see these sellers claim the IC core is larger - WTF!
