Intercooler question

I have a GReddy FMIC. I'm restoring the car back to stock so I'd like to buy the TMIC. My question is while reading the FSM I think I saw a BOV. Is the TMIC just two lines, one to turbo and one to throttle body and a couple screws holding it on? Do I NEED the stock BOV? The car has a Blitz BOV right now.

hey I'b be willing to trade and top off with cash, I am looking to go front mount and I have the stock TMIC in great shape and the stock blow off and charge pipe:

the stock bov itself isn't pictures but I have it as well, its in working condition.

Let me know if you would like to work something out..

are you selling the FMIC and piping?? Any pics??

I guess you could always use an after market bov with the stock setup like i am right now...

You can run an aftermarket BOV, it's on the outlet pipe from the turbo to the intercooler. I've got an HKS one myself.

So I would have to cut the hose leading to the IC from the turbo in half and mount the BOV in there on a T or something? I would also need the throttle body because I have a aGREDYY adaptor on my FMIC.

Will the car run without a BOV?

in the stock, configuration, the bov is mounted on a hard pipe between the turbo and the TMIC, on that extension of the pipe pictured in my post, it then plumbs back into the intake track.

The bov, prevents dmage to the turbo from compressor surge when you let off the gas.

You can always mount an aftermarkey like i did, Blitz SS on a pipe in stock location:
