intercooler question

Okay I just bought this intercooler and about to have it installed but I'm just dumb about a few things... first question what is the max about of couplets I should use and two, where the hell can I just buy 2.5" pipes; I'm looking to buy extra piping and then either scrapping or selling the rest?? I prefer inexpensive items but I won't sacrifice performance for a few bucks...

You should be able to buy pipe from any local exhaust shop that deals with stainless pipe. As for couplers, what you use will depend on exactly how you are routing your pipe. You can get them from your local speed shop, or order online from Summit Racing...

Boricua

I went to a truck place and picked up an 18" x 2.5" intercooler hose for $11. Then I cut it into the sizes I needed. Cheaper than paying $10. for a 3" piece.

Napa also sells hoses by the foot. FAR cheaper than speed shops.
