I'm almost sure you can use any primary rail on any 13B from an FC. They all have identical mounting points, otherwise you couldn't swap intermediate housings around like many people do....
Secondary rails are a tough one, i've no experience with an S4 TII but as for N/a's I believe they are similar if not identical mounting points.

RE and REW use side feed primaries, so you can't use those.
The primary is the same accross all NA and TII 13Bs from the 2nd gen. S4 has the "evil" pulsation damper, while the S5 has an integrated PD that is "slightly less evil". The secondary rail is different on the TII then it is on the NA.

For example a S4 non turbo main fuel rail and PD will not fit under a S5 non turbo manifold. The rail itslef will bolt on, and the injectors will match up, but the PD will not clear the manifold.

Good info to know, thanks Mark.
Will come in handy for the S5 intake manifold swap.

Reverse the PD onto the other side. Takes a couple of crush washers.
Or
Remote mount the PD.
Or
Remote mount an aftermarket PD hooked up through AN lines.
