intake porting a turbo
what templete to use? just a street port
mazda trix offers = 87-95 Turbo Street Port Intake 49-222TT
racing beat offers a templete that does all 4-port engines 12a and 13b turbo.
the only difference i see is that mazda trix uses smaller primary ports.

Smaller primary ports will tend to make more low end torque and have better idle quality.
I tend to use the RB template on the secondaries, and the primary ports from the Mazdatrix 6 port template on the primaries. This results in an engine that is very nice to drive and spools the turbo quickly. Great combination for a stock turbo or medium sized upgrade.
