Intake Manifold WONT COME OFF
also make sure that you definitely have all the nuts off..there is one or two hiding in between the intake runners..I did that once and had one still on..luckily I didnt hammer too hard
. Anyways like the guy before said you'll probably have to tap it with a rubber mallet.

On the TB side, hit it 3 times as hard as you POSSIBLY can, with a rubber mallet. Then switch to the runner side, and hit 3 times are hard as possible. Switch, repeat, switch, until it finally pops off. Taking off the hood can help a lot with leverage for those hard hits, but it normally isn't necessary. If you want, take a regular hammer, and a big thick flat head screw driver. Mind you this would be a last resort. Place the flat heads top angled up, towards the hood. A few pops with the hammer should crack it loose.

Why'd you have to remove your intake manifold to change your secondaries? All you have to do is remove the intake elbow, then remove the rail and out they come.

That is some unbelievable advice you have there.
Some better advice would have been, "...After you have check TWICE to make sure all the bolts/nuts are removed, the give the manifold a couple of TAPS with a deadblow hammer..."
I was shown that a 3 pund , pound, himmer, is prefectly sussatable. Lonly too hits thogh, wont want to pis the moter off. And are you sure its the primaries? I thought they were located next to the 12th lifter actuating, pressure manifold ,release, compression switch, or is that the thermowax supply, injector housing, compression relay? I always get relay and switch>>> switched!!!!!!!
