as the title says. I used the suck/blow method in the FSM on the manifold oil injectors and they both can be sucked or blown. The rotor housing ones (shorter injectors) are fine, and look a lot newer so I'm guessing someone decided not to replace all four.

Does this test mean they are toast or that they just might let air into the oil lines (doubtful I think)? Is oiling the intake charge really that beneficial or maybe I could just run a 300:1 premix ratio or something?

 

Get rid of the entire system & run 100:1 premix?

heh. I've read about the ups and downs of doing straight premix and I'd prefer to keep the MOP.

 

Yep, according to the official Mazda test, they fail.
I can't confirm if it make a difference.
I went pre-mix and threw those things away years ago.
