installing my fmic on easter sunday

i have no access to any hardwhare stor or auto parts
i have a complete shop though
if you have any tips let me know

depends on what piping you got. I orderd piping and sleves as a U do it kit allready bent up. I mounted the intercooler in the front. Had to move stuff thats in there thow to other areas and weld it in place. I meshured sections from the intercooler to where I needed to go pice by pice. And then the same to the other inlet from the IC. I then took a pipe bender my neighbor has and shrunk the end of the piping to fir into the inlets of the TB, MAF, TURBO, and mounted them in. To mount my FMIC I took some angle iron and meshured and cut it I then use plastic washers and I cant remember what its calld but plumbers use it. It stops porse metals of difference from corroding. I coted the bolt in this and use palstic washers this will prevent oxidation of the metals. And your done take you about 4 hours

do i need to grind out the hole on the drivers side (under and slightly behind the driverrs headlight)
and is clocking the compressor a bitch do i need to take it off to do it or can it be done on the car

the newer one? the newer one does not requring turning the compressor housing. The instructions should be pretty clear. It does involve some cutting and removing the front bumper.

yea i think you only have to clock the compressor if you have a greddy turbo
