installed water pump but still leaking???

ok i installed the water pump did every thing and it looks like it's leaking from the bolt that holds the air pump bracket do i put sealent on that or what? please help

New gasket?
I tend to use silicone RTV on the mating surfaces to help seal everything.

^ Werd. RTV that ****. I wouldn't be surprised if I have 10lbs of RTV in my car.
