see here is my question
in the diagram,
only the ACV is hooked up to the pressure sensor.
the one in the middle right..
ok and the blow off goes to the rear of the manifold..
its not like that on my car stock so i will change it tomorrow and that nipple that is used in the pic is capped off right now in my car since the blow off and pressure sensor should be getting the boost readings from the same source..But why would i not have boost readings on the gauge? if my blow off is closing and i feel like the car is boosting shouldn't i get a reading on the gauge?? damnit!!

Last time, I promise.
ONLY ONE NIPPLE ON THE ACV has any possibility of supplying PRESSURE OR VACUUM TO THE BOOST SENSOR.
ITS THE ONE AT THE TOP.
POINTS STRAIGHT OUT AT YOU IF YOUR STANDING NEAR THE RIGHT FENDER.
IT IS NOT THE ONE IN THE MIDDLE.
IDLE THE CAR. PULL THE VAC HOSES OFF EACH OF THE THREE NIPPLES. ONLY ONE WILL BE PULLING VACUUM.
THAT IS THE ONE THAT SHOULD BE GOING TO THE BOOST SENSOR.

OK its all fixed now
I think it is my ACV that is broken or something..No idea
But what I did was Tap into the tube that is comming out of the manifold right behind the BAC valve..Usually it's capped off but just remove it and I hooked both my Blow off and pressure sensor to that and I just levt the vacuum hose there..once i get batteries to my Drgi camera I will post them here..I used some knock off Red silicone 3mm hosing and 3mm bmw vacuum hosing to redo the system..damnit let me go find my wallet so i can go buy some AA batts..everything works fine now and the stock boost gauge reads up to 7\10th with the Knight Sports FBCD..I choose to use this one instead of the Racing Beat FCD..Don;t ask mw why!! lol
Well everything is in order and My car dosent knock anymore..=)Also running pre mix 1 quart of 2 stroke for a full tank..Is that a good mixture??
BE BACK IN ABOUT #) MINUTES WITH SOME PICS FOR YOU ALL TO SEE =) 0_o

ok
Here is a Preview of What i did to fix my Boost Gauge..
In this pic you can see where I attached it behind the BAC valve..Darn ABS is in the way so i had to detach the hoses going through the BAC valve..Tight fit!!

Here is the overall picture of the hoses i replaced..
Nothing is going to the ACV anymore and the blow off and the pressure sensor all run off the hole from the manifold..Time for me to remove my smog pump..
As you can See I have my Knight Sports FBCD installed=)

here is the close up of the FBCD installed
As you can see I don't like using double stick tape or screws to hold it..so I used Tie straps to hold the FBCD in Place.Enjoy..=)

Nope it wasnt there before..
On the car stock with both my previous S5 FC's
the blow off is T connected to the pressure sensor and the ACV..
The Tube from the manifold that I now have everything running from Was capped off..Like my 2 previous ones..
In the diagram it shows that it runs off the nipple there so thats why i just hooked both of them to there..
Before both the Blow off and the pressure sensor worked off the ACV and it was fine till i changed my vacuum hoses..So now I disabled the ACV and running everything off of the Intake manifolds Vacuum and pressure..
Works good =)
