I installed my SAFC last night and everything seemed to be in good order (setup went smoothy and all readings seemed normal) until I took it out for a quick drive. The car threw a CEL 1/2 way down the block with the following codes:

25, 30, 31, 32,33, 38, and 42?

Now my emmissions are gone so the first set of codes are fine. 42 however doesn't seem to be an actual code (according to RETed's site) and I figure that that code is most likely the source of my CEL. Car drove fine even with the light on...

Any input would be appriciated, esp as to whether it is safe to drive the car with this.

S5 turbo conversion, no emmissions

 

You need to be reading the FSM, specifically the Self-Diagnosis section of the S5 Fuel Systems chapter.

Code 42 is for the boost control solenoid, which I'm guessing you've removed or left off. Assuming you have no leaks as a result, the only effect that will have is less boost.
