Installed Oil Pressure gauge...Never goes higher than 75psi...

I think its broken...Am I right?

That's the maximum pressure the system runs at.

The Oil Pressure Regulator on the front housing is set at 71.1psi.

I never seen mine any higher than 75 psi so don't despair.
