installed both Slave & master but clutch wont go back up to normal position

installed both Slave & master but clutch wont go back up to normal position
hey guys ive installed a new clutch master cylinder & Slave cylinder however the clutch pedal falls to the floor?
why is this happening if i replaced both Master & Slave cylinder?. Is my Hydraulics Broken? do i just continue adding DOT 3 into the Master cylinder and hope it pressurizes?
any help or Links provided fellas thx!!!

Nevermind I primed the clutch system and got pressure once again on the clutch pedal. Feels alot better with the new master cylinder & slave. This whole time I thought it was the hydraulics that failed the clutch pedal.
