Innovate LM-1

I have an Innovate LM-1 and for a while i couldn't figure out why the numbers (AFR's) it was giving me seemed way wrong for how the car was performing. So I finally opened it up, and right away i noticed one of the diodes were burnt out. So I'm going to go to radio shack to try and find a replacement. But its burnt out enough to where i can't tell what it is. I'm also pretty sure it didn't do any damage to the board, so if i replace the diode, my LM-1 should be as good as new.

I placed this thread here because i know a lot of you use the LM-1. So if anyone could remove the four philips head screws and take a picture of diode in the slot C16, it would be much appreciated. Also if you can see the numbers on it, that would be even better. Or even if anyone might know whine one i need? Maybe this is a common problem with the LM-1?

Thanks in advance...

Oh, the C16 diode is located in the bottom left corner (power plug facing you with screen facing down). Just above and to the right of the screw that hold the board in.

lmao! i'm glad i looked mine is all melted again....

what you need is a 1MFD 35V capacitor, and they are cheap, buy a bunch, it looks like you might need to replace em periodically.

do NOT get a higher voltage one, as its kind of the "fuse" in the system

Can't find anything less than a 10 MFD capacitor in the 35v area. Only 15 cents each from here... And a little over a dollar from radio shack. Is this what i need?
