catastrophic explosion

j/k

The engine would not be getting the correct amount of fuel at the right time.
It probably wouldn't run.

I would double check everything

If you try to inject gas at the wrong time it can be bad.
If the ports are closed, the gas will now just sit in the intake manifold waiting for a spark. (not good)

I am not the expert in the subject, but trying to inject gas at the wrong time can't be good

won't matter, the stock ECU doesn't inject fuel sequentially.

The primaries *should* fire together.

it wont run right, iv tried. Will start up and die right away, besides you probably wont get the front injector clips wrong because you have the water thermo clip with that front injector cluster. and its not long enough to make that mistake. You would however could potentially mistake the primaries and secondaries mixed up. but not the front and rears.
