Injector spraying?
Quick question what would cause injectors to spray when car is on the ON position. The reason why i ask is that this TII wont start and I seem to hear a liquid circulation very loudly in the fuel areas. Fuel pump has been rewired in this car.

If the fuel pump is running, fuel flows continuously thru the fuel rail back to the fuel tank. Normal condition.
Key to ON, engine OFF, is not a normal condition. Normally the pump only runs if the key is HELD to Start or the engine is actually running (vane in afm pulled aft).
The FPR regulates the fuel rail pressure by bleeding off the excess fuel pressure put out by the fuel pump. Therefore the continuous passing of fuel thru the fuel rails back to the tank.

When you turn the key to the on position without starting it the pump should run for a couple seconds to pressurize the system, then shut off.
The only way your injector would actually be spraying without seeing a crank signal is if it were leaking.
