Injector questions...
Alright, so my car has just been chilling at my parents house the past few months and I want to go and get it back soon. It had an engine fire, and was hoping everything would be done before I moved, but it wasn't. The injectors wouldn't feed fuel, the fuel rail was getting pressure and everything, the harness and wires were done correctly, the ecu was intact... We sent the injectors to get rebuilt.
My dad told me the injectors came back, 2 were labeled high impendenace, 2 low impedence. Could that have been the problem?
It's a S4 N/A SE, if anyone could tell me what impendence that model is, thanks! And how I could use the other injectors with my car.

Also, I got the Marren pulsation dampener and other fittings to put it on the end of the fuel rail.
I used teflon tape though, Is teflon even used to make a seal, or was I supposed to use loctite or something?

You should have 4 high-imp injectors on a stock '88NA. About 12 ohms apiece when read out with a meter...As long as the build date of the car is after Jun '87...
Did you put a small piece of the teflon tape in some gas to see if it was compatible???

So is there anyway to make the low impedence injectors work? Or should I buy 2 high impedence injectors?
I thought I remember reading that the low impedence had oval plugs and high impedence had square plugs, and all four of my injectors looked exactly the same, red top with square plug.

Then you may have something wrong with the injectors themselves, but I'm only guessing since I'm not there to inspect them...
Read all four of them again with a meter set to resistance, each lead to its own pin, each injector. What do you get?
You can use a low-imp injector with a resistor wired into the circuit for each, but I doubt you'd want to do that at this point...
