Injector O-Rings

What is the O-Ring that goes AROUND the injector tip and seals it against the manifold?

I didn't realize until now that these were NOT replaced with the injection cleaning... and the old ones are brittle... what are they made out of and where can I buy some replacements really quick?

There are two o-rings at the top of the injector.

One is a regular o-ring, that goes in a groove at the top of the injector and goes up into the fuel rail.

The 2nd is slightly lower, that goes AROUND the top of the injector, and presses against the bottom of the fuel rail bung.

Both should be available at a good injection shop, or a well stocked auto parts store.

Dont forget about the lower grommet that seals and seats the bottom of the injector. I believe if you send your injectors to get cleaned all these are replaced. Mazdatrix charges about $2 for each of the 3 so if you get them cleaned it is really a good deal.

I haven't taken my injector out of the rail, so therefore I do not need new rings on the top 34,000mi on a jspec engine. But I do need the ones that seat the injectors to the block. Do I need specific ones, Or can I just go get some from the parts store that fit it?

I think what I'm talking about is the grommet... it goes on the end of the pintle cap...

Can I buy this at the autoparts store or make it? I need it like, today.
