Injector needle sticking?

so I pulled out my injectors and on one the little needle sticks out. Is this a stuck injector? And my car seems to run find I just pulled them out to check the o-rings.

Well, I would send them in to have them cleaned if you already have them out.
Is the pintle cap on it?

The needle is supposed to stick out a little.

But since you have them out, send them to be cleaned.

for sure not a bad idea to get them clean, its just weird that all of them are in but one is out. The cap is on all of them as well if i recall correctly
