Impossible idle control problem!!

Hello. I am having a serious problem with my engine idle, and I have no idea what is causing the problem! The problem is that it will have two idles so to speak... if I warm it up all the way and "drag" the idle down to 700 rpm or so (put it in 5th and slip the clutch a little), but as soon as I touch the gas, the idle jumps up to 1500 or so and stay there!
I replaced my TPS, and I adjusted till it read 1V on the red/green wire, and it still does it.
Would anyone out there happen to have had this problem before and know how to fix it?

Thanks!

Well, I am trying to be clear.... what happens is
1) When I start the car, it revs up to 2K and it WILL die unless I give it gas for a couple seconds and keep it at 2000 rpm... after a couple seconds, it will just stay there at 2000 while it warms up, and it will slowly decrease to about 1000 rpm or so
2) When it is FULLY warmed up, and I drive it around a little bit, the idle will usually go down to 700 or so. BUT when I touch the gas, the engine speed will jump up to 1500 or so RPM and stay there. SOMETIMES itwill jump up and dro pbackdown, but its not a smooth drop back to 700rpm, it looks/sounds like it hits a ledge in there and stays at about 1000 rpm for a second or so.

I am using a TPS that is confirmed to work on another car, and is adjusted to 1V.... How do I tell if it is the BAC valve? If I am cruising along and I put the clutch in aand start braking, the engine doesn't sound like its dieing or anything... I thought that would indicate that the BAC valve isnt malfunctioning..... what are some other tests for that?

Ah yes, I also forgot to say that turning the screw on top of throttle body seems to have little to no effect on my idle, at leat through the middle of its travel (I didn't bottom the screw out or unscrew it all the way whenI was messing around with it today, as I had to go somewhere)

If the screw that adjusts your idle isn't working then that should indicate you have a bad BAC. The BAC is where you adjust you idle. The same thing happened to me. The car just didn't want to idle most of the time. So we replaced the BAC and it idled alot better. Although I'm still having idle problems b/c my TPS is bad too.
