Angry im stumped. [electrical issue]

i've had a switch wired to the efi comp fuse because of the leaky injectors problem for about 6 months now and its been working great for me.
well, a couple days ago the 40a efi inj fuse next to that one blew out on me. i spent about 6 hours yesterday looking for any shorts, i looked thru all of the wiring from the engine bay and thru the interior and couldnt find anything. there were a few wires i found that were slightly bare so i taped those up along with anything other wires that looked suspicious and i also replaced the fuse box.
after replacing the fuse box the car was running fine for about half an hour or so and poof, there goes another fuse so i put a 60a in there to try and make it home and it instantly blew that one.
does anybody have any idea what this could be? it would be much appreciated.

One of the black/white wires on the two solenoids of the ACV is shorted to ground. My guess of the day.
