Im considering buying a 1991 RX-7 NA, but the car has soom mods. the car has a ne wmotor that has 28K mils on it. Should i be wored that maby the car was driven to hard?

Get a compression test...
When i bought mine i took it to Mazda and got a mechanical inspection and compression test.
It tells you everything wrong with the car, and strength of the engine.

 

A compression test is a good idea, it will let you know what shape the engine is in. If the engine only has 28K miles on it then you should be fine. BTW SAiamNE how does a compression test tell you what else is wrong with the car? It only tells you what shape the engine is in... (as far as life left and whether your apex seals are in good shape).

Anyways if he's still driving the car around you could stalk him and try to race him to see if he's that kinda guy. i dunno. it COULD work
