Unhappy I'm about to give up

I am seriously depressed. I just spent the last 8 hours putting my car back together and it still won't start. My waste gate got stuck shut and destroyed my turbo. i detonated twice that i know of. When i try to start it, one of the rotors is not firing. I am getting spark and i'm pretty sure i'm getting compression. I haven't been able to do a compression test but i've run the starter with one plug out on each rotor and i get three identical compression sounds on both rotors. anyone have any idea of what might be causing this. I tried unflooding it but that didn't work. thanks for any help

I could really use some help. Is it possible for only one rotor to flood and have the other start?

I know this is a dumb idea but are your plug wires on correct? I have swapped mine before when butting it back together.

You are getting spark on both leading plugs? Have you pulled them and tested them when you crank it? How are the plugs? Can you smell gas?

I actually had a dealership switch the spark plug wires, but i know they're correct now. I have pulled both leading plugs and i get spark in them. They are covered with carbon after about 3 weeks of driving. And i do smell gas. I know that it's running rich because of the spark plugs. And when i pulled them when i was taking the car apart both plugs in the front rotor had gas on them

So it kind of starts but only on one rotor? If you are getting spark and fuel then I'm not too sure. Is the engine ground good?

I just checked again. when i turn it over with a spark plug out it makes an even thump-thump-thump sound and also a pneumatic sound for every three thumps. that means i lost an apex seal ,doesn't it

It is hard to describe sound but if the way I am understanding is that you are getting thump sounds with an air "poof" each time that sounds normal.
Have you ran a compression test following the unique procedure to the rotary engines?
That is one thing you need to check early on. Your O2 sensor could be giving trouble. Check all the electrical connectors on the motor.

I thought the o2 sensor only mattered on the highway. i'm gonna do a compression test sometime this week, but right now i'm going to go on the assumption that the motor is good. as far as the electrical connectors go, are there any in particular that might cause something like this. the part i don't understand is that it only affects one rotor. but i'm almost positive its not blown. i had this problem for about 2 weeks before i took it apart and after about 15 seconds the engine ran normally, but now it won't. i kept it running for about 30-45 seconds and it wouldn't fire up.
