Illum fuse s4

So i hit a bump the other day, and all of a sudden i see a light go on in my fuse box and i blew the illum fuse, so i switched it out and everytime i turn the **** to raise my headlights and turn on my tail lights the fuse pops, my headlights work fine though, but my taillights dont. Any suggestions?

That reeks of a worn out harness that has rubbed through. Check the Haynes/FSM for the wiring diagrams to find the wires associated for the illum circuit. They go all around the car. You may have to check the enitre body harness and find where it could be rubbing. Or maybe the switch is just bad.
