Wet trailing plugs, shuts off when cold and rough idle.
Hey guys
Ok so the car has always had rough idle since I installed this engine (think its an intake leak) but about a week ago I checked the plugs. The front leading was white and the rear leading was nice and brown. First thing that came to mind was the front injectors could be a bit clogged therefore running lean. Me being lazy and cheap I go and buy an injector cleaner (Techron). Put the injector cleaner and run it for a day or two. I check my plugs after running the full tank and even half of another tank without cleaner and find out that now my leading are both ok but my trailings are wet in gasoline. I took them out cleaned them etc and now the car will not stay on when cold, I have to hit the gas about two times for it to stay on. The idle is still rough but I feel like its too rich now. Every time I let go of the gas while driving in 3rd and 4rth gear it just starts popping.
I know its a long story but Im just too confused. I also broke my alternator belt before the richness came in so I was thinking maybe my ECU could be fried too. But it runs and has plenty of power when I push it.
Any ideas???

replace your Plugs, wires and the alternator belt.
I think the popping is because of a Bad wire, most likely bad contact to a Plug.(at the spark plug wire's end where the Plug and wire Connect).

Thanks guys.
I just put a new alt belt. I will see how my trailing spark is doing and then replace the plugs.
Hard to check spark when your by yourself. I put my phone taking a video next to the plug (held on by a rock to a ground spot) and then check the video...haha
