what is the best ignition system for my stock coils/

Stock. There's no reason to upgrade unless you are having ignition problems (ie. blowout under high boost). The FC system is quite good and rarely a restriction.

He could have been asking about plug wires? Any major brand would be good but I was always partial to the stock NGK wires, though I have also used Magnecore and the thick blue ones that I have on my daily driver, damnit the brand name eludes me!

Jacobs maybe?

He said system which to me says he's converting to some sort of MSD or CDI unit. He has a TII so maybe the boost is cranked and he's getting misfires? If all is tuned well and new plugs/wires/CAS is set etc etc and you're making good power and still having ignition problems, then buy something.

There's more to consider though, IE - stock ecu or are you running a stand alone? I'm running a Motec and if the 4 LS1 coils aren't enough and I know they've made well over 600 HP on a rotary, then I'll be going M&W
