Ignition difference between TII and na

Is there any real difference between the ignition system on a TII vs n/a? looking through the parts fiches, some small parts (cords, brackets, etc) are listed as turbo specific, but all the major parts (coils) are the same for both. I'm wondering since I have a turbo engine on the original na ignition.
