Ignition Coil?
Unless your stockers are faulty, I would leave them, they are a pretty beefy system. Ignition parts get costly, fast. i'm pretty sure you'll be hard pressed to tap out the ignition on an N/A. But that is my opinion.
+1 for the ignition box, if your idle is bad, there are a million and one reasons on an FC, check vaccum first! search for "bouncing Idle" also check the 4 engine bay grounds, make sure they are clean and in proper order. Also check the tps, that is a big one for a bad idle and not so smoth accel. Best of luck!
P.S. almost forgot, check fuel pump wiring, you may need to rewire it, or use a boost-a-pump to get proper voltage.

-TPS maladjustment
-grounds
-loose battery cable
In that order.

Don't assume the coils are automatically bad, because they are actually quite reliable and almost never fail.
