Question If you have your ports wired....

What do you use to keep them open, i myself use bread ties and solder wire to keep them open, but i am looking for a better method, any suggestions

why do you wire them open? whats the problem?

i know but its better than them being closed, at the moment my air pump is seized and they wont work if thats not working

I got an air pump off a 86 GXL. I got a racing beat pipe and presilencer so I don't need the smog stuff. If you want the air pump I'll send it to you $10 plus shipping. Pm me if you are interested.

ahh ok i see

welp, you need to do something about that! ever considered 12v electric actuation? i recommend it.

it can be done for cheap too.

this instant (and i DO mean INSTANT) 7-8 psi 12v air compressor is smaller than a coke can.
