If my secondary injectors arent coming on at all, and causing my car to bog out after it hits 3800 RPM's in every gear, then why will my car rev up pretty normal if its in neutral or if the clutch is down? Would that happen?

 

Because there is no load... you can have LOTS of problems with the car and it could still "rev" normally.

you could check to see if the ports aren't opening either...i dunno about the 86-88's...but i think the main reason my 91 stumbled a little was because the ports needed adjusting (but fixed that) ...good luck man... check on the injectrors though, that is most likely the problem...you'll be fine
