idling problem struggling engine

so i was up driving my car at glendora mt. and i was going through a turn and my car got all stiff then my idiot cluster went off( while i was turning i had it in second at 6k rpm)
i turned it back on and the car was struggling to idle and go up in rpm
first thing came to mind and i checked out my exhaust for white smoke
no white smoke
checked the oil it was fine
i let the car cool down thinking i stressed the injectors but it only got better a little
so i had to drive home with the engine struggling?
anybody have an idea i'm guessing i strained the fuel injectors or i clogged the fuel filter
anyone have an idea what it could be?
