When started cold, does it idle about 1200/1300 rpms for several minutes til it warms up............or start and idle at a lower rpm?
Like the rotary god above said...tuneup, but please answer the above question.

idles at 1200/1300 but sometime I start it up and runs fine. Then other time it is hard to start. You have to hit the gas a little to keep it running

A cold car should idle initially around the 1200/1500 so it sounds like the thermowax/fast idle cam is doing its job, especially if the idle drops down around 700/800 after warming up. So that sounds alright.
A change of plugs might help.
But it could also be a bit of a bac thing also. It sounds like on occasion its not working like it should. On starting the car the bac goes full open and after the start should be trying to maintain a idle. So......after you try the tuneup, if that does not help, try removing the bac and pouring some fuel injector cleaner in it and let it sit in it for a few hours and blow it out and reinstall it. Tell you what. While its out, connect its plug and then just turn the key to ON. If it vibrates, then pour some fuel injector cleaner in it and let it vibrate. Self cleaning is the idea. Then dump the fluid and blow it out and reinstall it. The old gasket should still be good to go or if in doubt use a touch of RTV on the face and reinstall the bac.

Yes. I did have the water theromsensor code about a half year ago. The sensor was not bad but the wiring was loose. I have never had the code ever since. But I still have that O2 code
