Got us. How did it run prior to changing the items? Is it a turbo or a n/a?
It could be you mixed the two small hose at the front of the n/a dynamic chamber.
Or left off the two on the back of the dynamic chamber?
Or left off the one on the left side of the dynamic chamber?
Or connected up your sparkplug leads upside down backwards.
Or did not clamp the inlet ducts at each end?
Tell you what. I've never tried this before....but you might. Get or make some vacuum caps. Make several. Cap off the two small nipples on the front of the dynamic chamber. Cap off the two small nipples on the back of the dynamic chamber. Then cap off the nipples that feed the waterthermo sensor on the back, passengers side of the throttle body. CAp the source of vacuum, not the device the vacuum goes to.
So now you've capped off the sources of vacuum to the rack and the waterthermo and the purge valve. Does it idle different?
Frankly it's too hard to figure out why the engine is idling funny now. It could be a harness plug off/in the wrong place or vacuum hose at the wrong nipple. All nipples on the throttle body are not vacuum. But you should know that already. If you did'nt , you know now.
Don't make judgements on the idle until the thing gets fully hot.

Did you use the original spot for the rear rotor housing ground with the new harness?
And was this harness "new", or just "new" to you?
Just in case it doesn't turn out to be a vac leak...Read out all of the important inputs at the ECU, and you'll probably nail it, if it's a harness (or connector) problem...
