Idle Help
OK i did the TB mod and ported the TB. Since then I can't get my idle straight. I readjusted the TPS but i have no ohm meter so i just adjusted it to .99 volts on the SAFC as i was once told to do, and it's always worked before. My idle set screw is set all the way high but it still stalls when cold, after a few minutes it will idle at about 850, but once it gets all the way up to normal temp it idles at 1100. Any Idea? BTW its a S4 NA

Thats gotta suck, what turn the screw, jump out the engine bay, and into the car and check the voltage on ohms per safc. Too much getup movement...
If you removed the thermal pellet you *will* stall when its cold. theres not much gettign aroung that...
And I'd be damn happy to have that idle

Is coolant suppose to flow through passages on the TB? In most picks I saw when the thermal pellet was removed there was like a slot and then a hole in the slot where coolant flows, my tb had no hole there
