Im new to this site and used to be a Mopar guy but then I got my RX7!
What can I say? I have built mopars most of my life Restos and such and have spent Big $ but recently I came across my 87 RX7 and I can't say enough good things about the handleing, apperance and performance of these cars.
The car I purchased is a rust free car with the 13B NA motor and a 5 speed and what a blast it was driving it home. There is a few details to iron out like the rusted POS gas tank that was the reason the car had so many issues but im sure I will prevail and be able to drive the car every day in the summer. This is an excellent site and I am sure will be A huge help in getting this ride on the right track. I plan on doing a T11 set up this winter but as it stands now the car will be just fine with the 13B.

Just so ya know, the Tii motor is a 13B-T as opposed to the non-turbos that have the 13B. Couldn't tell since you said Tii and then 13B. Turbo version of the same motor.
Congrats on being so happy with it, I still haven't met a person who drove one and didn't fall in love with it.

I have been checking prices and the motors don't seem to be any more than the 440 rb stuff I play with besides My RR and Barracuda couldn't catch this rx7 once it came to cornering. Not a drag car mind you but far more agile.
Like I mentioned I need a Gas tank and possiably a TPS
In pretty sure the pump is ok once I change out the screen.

That doesn't include the several bolts, FD alternator, lube, and premix either...

I like the idea of a 6port turbo. i've been looking into the SC applications that some people are crazing about lately it seems. i'm glad I've got someone close buy that knows the engine and seems willing to help with a rebuild when it comes time (hi ed!).

I'm glad that a muscle car builder can enjoy the Rx-7, and not look down on it. Good find, and I wish you luck in your future work with it. If you ever need help, PM me and i'll be glad to help.
