Idle help.....

Yesterday......i installed the RB header and presilencer on my car and now when I start it...it will rev up to around 3k and then drop dead. Last night it was doing the same thing before I hooked my o2 sensor up only it was going to 4k then dropping.....now the sensor is hooked up and it still does it. Does anyone have any insight as to why this is happening.......I searched the best I could and didn't come up with anything......

alright my car is a 91....and I read on racing beats site that for the presilencer since it doesnt need the backpressure to open the 5th and 6th ports.....should I have left my air pump on there? is that why my car is cutting off?

Naw, your aux ports wont have anything to do with it. Your best bet is to grab a copy of the FSM and troubleshoot the problem. But it could be vac. leak or any number of problems not necessarily related to what you did. Or you may have unintentionally done something, and now you gotta find it.
