when my cars idling with out the head lites on its at about 1200 to 1300 rpms , when i turn on my head lite my idle drops to 750 rpms with a perfect idle. the alts new no draw on the gage when i turn on the lites. whats up with this, its funny because when the lites are on it idles great, when the lites are off it idles high with a pop in the exhaust. need advise from the rotor heads out here. i can live with what the cars doing it just bugs me , ya know. lol

 

plus are the head lites vacum activated?

 

how are your headlights vac. activated? lol.

search about BAC valve.

 

ive had two differnt bac s on and it does the same thing, any other advice u can give. i guess whats getting me is the fact it runs perfect with the lite on and even sometimes when there off it idles great , but most of the time when im driving it , its around 11 to 1200 rpms. thats the pisser.

 

have any of u had this same problem?
