Idle

I have a 1986 gtx turbo Japanesse specs and i have yet to get the idle to settle into the 0750 rpm area. It is either high or even sometimes even stalls. Wha are some possibilities that would cause the car to idle so eratic. Please Help!!!!!!!1

You might want to check for a vaccum leak.
