Idk what happened

So i was racing my s5 with my freinds s4 for fun. After racing all my warning lights came on.So i shut the car off and i let it cool off. After turning the car on again all the warning lights were still on.From where i was i decided to get my car home but as soon as i started driving my lights shut off and noticed that my voltage went up to 16 volts. The warning lights would be on but sometimes it would go away.Car seems to idle fine but also feels like its running like crap.I had to leave my car where it was.Anyone no what could had happened?????????ohh and my lights never came back on.

Did you lift the hood? Sounds like an alternator problem! Belt probably snapped.

Sounds like an electrical issue somewhere get a good flashlight and a mirror and start checking all the electrical under the hood until you find a wire half split grounding out on something. Also check if wires might have been leaning on a hot surface and melted. Seen it happen many times.
