Lightbulb Idiot Cluster

I opened my idiot cluster to re-solder the Diodes and resistors, ect. And I found that Diode 1, Diode 4, and Diode 5 are missing. Diode 1 Looks like it was cut out and 4 and 5 look like they were never there. The reason for re-soldering my cluster is The dummy lights would fade in and out. Dark or not working at all. Should I go to radioshack and get new diodes and put them in there? And is there a schematic that says What type of diodes to get? (I cant find any) Help is appreciated
Heres Some Pics...

Lightbulb

There is one thing... When I press the brakes The "Stop" brake light turns on. All the brake light bulbs work!? anyone know a fix to that? Would that be from the Diode? I know I could always just take out the bulb

Even When All the lights work??? I haven't ever seen that before. Ive always seen that if one of the brake light-bulbs are blown.

I've heard a rumor that maybe an alarm was installed on my car once and it was wired wrong. In any event, how is this fixable?

If you can Id take it apart and take a look at it. Have you Re-soldered it? Alot of people do because the solder gets old "cold solder" and mabie you soldered over two things and connected them; or the previous owner has. As for the clock reseting, your 12 volt (always on) not acc could not be working. Take a multimeter to the prongs and see if you can find 12volts when the car isn't on. Don't know what Prongs to get it tho..... Also soldering might fix your Clock problem also.

Even Better.... A Shematic of whats what... Place multimeter positive in o and Negitive in q with key off and out and you should get 12 volts.

Thanks for the link. Ive been searching for awhile on how to remove and solder the cluster. Ive been using my clock to time trips since it always starts at 1.

No, the stop light should not be coming on unless there is a bad bulb, or the incorrect resistance (usually from someone putting in a LED bulb).

Even some corrosion on the bulb sockets will cause the stop light to come on. Also, check the part numbers of the bulbs you have compared to the archive. Different wattage bulbs may cause the light to turn on.
